To ensure search engines view your blog as the same site as your main page, it’s best to place your blog in a ‘Sub-folder’.
This means your blog can live here > yourdomain.com/blog instead of > blog.yourdomain.com
This is much better for SEO and building domain authority. Over time this could make a huge difference to your organic traffic.
We have just created a way for you to add or remove Sub-folders and enable them instantly.
Here’s how to do it 👇
Buy Sub-folders
To enable the Sub-folder feature, you first need to purchase one or more Sub-folders. Here’s how to do it…
1. Go to Billings & Plans Page
2. Click on Manage Sub-folders button
3. Choose the number of Sub-folders you want
You can also decrease the number of Sub-folders here, just enter the total number of Sub-folders you want, and then press confirm.
Activate Sub-folder setting
Once you have bought your Sub-folders head to your site settings and switch on the ‘Enable Subdirectory’ toggle.
Go to Settings > Features. Switch on the toggle and press ‘Save Changes’.
Congratulations!! 🎉 You successfully added a subdirectory!
