🧭 Import Redirects

Adding multiple redirects just got easier!

We noticed users were running into friction when managing large sets of redirects so we’ve added a CSV import option to the Redirects page.

You can now bulk upload redirects using a CSV file containing two columns: from and to.

 

🧩 Template Configuration

Starting today, templates can be customised even further.

You can now update category titles directly within the Help Docs template.

Head to the top-right settings icon on your Help Docs template to access the new configuration page and adjust titles to fit your layout.
